You know, it’s kind of funny that the things that stick out in my memory after a wedding are rarely the things that take the most planning and decision making. Yes, we’re wedding DJs, we’ve been to hundreds of weddings – and we love them, that’s why we do this! Even though we’ve been present at so many weddings, when a couple chooses to make their event their own, we definitely notice. And really, I think it’s fair to say that the same is true for many of your guests as well – after all, most of your aunties and uncles, and pretty much anyone over the age of 25 has probably been to more weddings that they can count! After a while, it takes a few personal touches to make a wedding stick out in the memory. That said, as I mentioned, it’s not usually the centerpieces or the flavor of the cake that stand out in my memory – it’s the unique ways that a family celebrates this special occasion.
