This is our process for a “no worries” consultation. I hope you have read our core values to learn a little about us and would like to meet us. We are Knoxville Dj’s but we travel to all the surrounding counties – we can’t wait to meet you!
Here’s the process:
1. Contact Us: Call, text, message or e-mail us to set up a time to talk or meet.
2. The Meeting: We will get to know you and your dream event, and understand the things you like and dislike. If you are from out of town, we will talk over email or on the phone, and we’ll send you a link to our online Fun Planner.
3. The Fun Planner: Our Fun Planner is an online form, where you can let us know as much information about your event as you like – this will help us know what your idea of a good time is, and to personalize our service for your event. We will go over all the ideas and opportunities in the planner, and discuss location, venue and requirements. And of course – the music! We love to talk about music…
4. The Quote: We give you the quote and the Fun Planner, for you to take home to review. We do not ask you to decide at the meeting nor do we pressure you to sign a contract right away.
5. The Decision: If you decide that we are a good fit for your event, contact us so we can celebrate that we are your Dj! We will send you a contract with our agreement. If we are not your choice, then there is no need to contact us and we promise that we will not bug you with questions.
